Inspire Me!

Isaiah 26:3 - Thou wilt keep him in perfect
peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Patience is a virtue that all too often
evades us. Sometimes it is covered in shrouds of doubt or disguised as disappointment.
What we often perceive as a closed door is really only a detour sign.
My Interpretation:
How true it is! In our day to day task of
fulfilling our dreams and accomplishing our goals, we often run into snags. Things don't
go as smoothly as anticipated. Opportunities fall through. A+B just doesn't seem to be
adding up to C. It's so easy to become frustrated. But think of it this way. If you are
living out the will of God in your life; if you are pursuing the dream that He's given
you, did you really think that it would be easy? Did you honestly believe that satan would
stand idley by and allow you to quickly and uneventfully bear fruit? God has a purpose for
each of us and that purpose will produce a harvest. Souls will be saved. Lives will be
touched. Courses to disaster will be be suddenly be changed to highways of victory. Satan
wants to destroy you and the positive impact that you are designed to have on the world
around you. Why would God continually warn us about him if he were not going to be up to
task? Satan is busy. But God is real. When adversity comes your way, keep working. When
you're dreams are crushed beneath the weight of setbacks, pick them up, dust them off and
keep moving. For when God gives you a dream; a vision, He is faithful and just to fulfill
it in the right time. We've got the whole armour of God for a reason. Pick of that Shield
of Faith and quench the darts of the enemy...and no matter what. Don't give up on God's
promises. He will do what He said. Never, ever give up. Don't give in. It shall be done!
Don't get distracted. Keep Your eyes on Jesus. He will give you perfect peace. Just trust
Him!
