Oprah's going to Washington. That's right, President-elect Barack Obama's biggest cheerleader - Oprah Winfrey - will bring her wildly popular daytime show to the nation's capitol during the week of his Jan. 20 Inauguration. "I'm going to break that right here; that's where I'm going to be," Winfrey told "Access Hollywood" Wednesday. "See you there…that's the place to be."
