Writers Guidelines

The profiles are written to motivate the reader to action. The reader should be able to identify with the candidate through the continual use of everyday imagery, places and events where possible. The profile must read from birth to present.
If available, each profile should contain the following:

600 to 800 Words
Date of Birth
Place of Birth
Fraternity or Sorority
Clubs or Organization Membership
Professional Association Memberships
Major Accomplishments or Act
Defining Accomplishment or Act
Official Website
Complete Contact Information
Schools Attended (High School, College, Graduate, Technical)
Degrees Conferred
Citizenship
Headquarters
First Job and Current Job
Role Models
Religious Affiliations
Favorite Charity
Links to authoritative reference material
